BEE MOBILE CARE
Its purpose is to offer the customer a replacement with a similar and compatible electronic device in case of «Total or Partial Damage» due to accident, unforeseen event, or technical failure. If there is no Authorized Agent available, the customer has the option to request and authorize the amount for the device.
MATERIAL DAMAGE
PHYSICAL OR LIQUID DAMAGE THAT PREVENTS THE EQUIPMENT FROM FUNCTIONING, EXCLUDING COSMETIC DAMAGE.
ROBBERY OR THEFT
LOSS OF EQUIPMENT DUE TO A CRIMINAL ACT REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES (WITH OR WITHOUT VIOLENCE).
TOTAL LOSS
IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT WHERE THE COST OF REPAIR EXCEEDS THE REPLACEMENT VALUE.

THE COVERAGE HAS A GLOBAL REACH, PROTECTING YOU WHEREVER YOU ARE.
- EXCLUSIVE SERVICE
TEMPORARY (E-SIM CARD)
An e-SIM card with connectivity service (calls, data and messages) is provided for a maximum of 30 days, if the incident requires replacement of the equipment.
how it works
Customer must enter the page Mobile Care website or upload your claim through the bee-insurance corp via “claim” to notify the incident and validate coverage.
The service equipment can be collected from an authorized center (within 120 minutes of contacting us) or shipped by courier (within up to 8 business hours).
If replacement of the equipment is not possible, a refund will be issued (Request information) within 24 business hours (Confirm if this is the timeframe).
